Seminar: “Public Organizations in the Process of Merging”

This seminar focuses on “hot” mergers—in other words, those that are currently a hot topic: mergers of public organizations. Administrative mergers are a type of institutional policy (Quermonne, 1985) aimed at the creation, transformation, or dissolution of public institutions. They are, in essence, administrative reform policies.
