*Animal Cause, Capital’s Cause* offers a critical examination of anti-speciesist positions and their convergence of interests with the synthetic animal products industry. The author discusses current issues in food production, viewed through the lens of a historical trend toward the disappearance of livestock farming in favor of capitalist modes of production.
