Given your responsibilities and experience, Danièle Lamarque, President of the Carnot Committee; Marie-Claude Demandre, Director of the Observatory of Institutions, Administrations, and Local Governments; and Denys Pouillard, Director of the Observatory of Political and Parliamentary Life, would like to invite you to participate in this event and look forward to your attendance.
Two roundtable discussions will bring together, among others,
- Michel Destot, former member of the National Assembly and mayor of Grenoble, former president of the Association of Mayors of France’s Major Cities
- Paul Allies, professor emeritus of political science at the University of Montpellier
- Vincent Tiberj, associate professor of political science at Sciences Po Bordeaux
- Eric Landot, attorney, expert in public and private law governing local governments
- Patrick Roger, a reporter on the political desk at *Le Monde*
- Géraldine Chavrier, professor of public law at Paris I
- Benjamin Morel, associate professor at Paris I
