Given your responsibilities and experience, Danièle Lamarque, President of the Carnot Committee; Marie-Claude Demandre, Director of the Observatory of Institutions, Administrations, and Local Authorities; and Denys Pouillard, Director of the Observatory of Political and Parliamentary Life, would like to invite you to this event and look forward to your attendance.
