Yves Boisvert, Professor of Political Science and researcher at theÉcole Nationale d'Administration Publique de Montréal, will speak at CEPEL during a seminar on Monday April 17, 2023 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm in the Linz Room on the theme:

Diagnosing ethical risks in public services: the example of the police.

First, Professor Boisvert will present the ethical risk diagnosis method developed by his team at ÉNAP's CERGO: https://cergo.enap.ca/CERGO/24/Presentation.enap

He will then illustrate the results obtained by this type of intervention in public organizations, using two case studies based on surveys carried out in two Canadian municipal police departments.
