Yves Boisvert, Professor of Political Science and researcher atthe École Nationale d’Administration Publique de Montréal, will speak at CEPEL during a seminar on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Linz Room on the topic:

Identifying Ethical Risks in Public Services: The Case of the Police Force.

First, Professor Boisvert will present the method for assessing ethical risks developed by his team at ENAP’s CERGO: https://cergo.enap.ca/CERGO/24/Presentation.enap

He will then illustrate the results achieved through this type of intervention in public organizations, drawing on two case studies based on surveys conducted in two Canadian municipal police departments.
