Summary:
While anti-imperialism is regularly reduced to a strategy that reproduces the assumptions, if not the reflexes, of the Cold War, decolonialism tends to focus on intellectual and academic issues. Anti-colonialism—its history and its permanence—remains outside the scope of discussion. Anti-colonial struggles, which are still relevant today, offer a much more complex perspective on many of today's issues, at the crossroads of geopolitics and social movements. Is the transition to a multipolar world a done deal?
