Alexandre Dézé vs IFOP trial

The hearing in the case between our colleague Alexandre Dézé and IFOP took place last Friday, October 4. Due to the institute's withdrawal 48 hours before the deadline, discussions shifted to the abusive nature of the proceedings, accompanied by a claim for damages (the case will be heard on November 12). CEPEL welcomes this initial outcome and the end of this unacceptable gagging procedure.
