Alexandre Dézé v. IFOP Trial

The hearing in the lawsuit between our colleague Alexandre Dézé and IFOP took place last Friday, October 4. Because the institute withdrew its case 48 hours before the deadline, the proceedings shifted to a discussion of the abusive nature of the lawsuit, accompanied by a claim for damages (to be decided on November 12). CEPEL welcomes this initial outcome and the end to this unacceptable gag lawsuit.
