Thesis proposal

The organization of healthcare delivery is currently being reevaluated in light of the combined effects of rising demand for care, changing public needs and expectations, shifts in the medical workforce, and growing economic pressures. The emergence of age-related conditions, the rise in chronic diseases, and current public health challenges necessitate the development of new care models, which involves redefining the scope of healthcare professions.
The Law on the Modernization of Our Healthcare System of January 26, 2016, proposes innovative measures to prepare for the professions of tomorrow by creating an advanced practice role for paramedical professions.
This qualitative, ethnographic study aims to examine how to develop advanced nursing practice within the French healthcare system and to explore the factors that facilitate the integration of these new professionals into hospitals.
