Screening and discussion of the documentary Des Gouts de Lutte at Cinémistral on Thursday, May 30 at 8:30pm, in partnership with La Grève La LDH and Attac Sète Bassin de Thau.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmakers, moderated by Médiapart journalist Cécile Hautefeuille.
Synopsis: "In 2018, they broke into politics. By putting on a yellow vest, they revolted for the first time in their lives.
The film tells the story of the aftermath.
Through their intersecting itineraries, they embody modified life paths: paused, twisted or enlightened by this decisive experience, which in one way or another politicizes their existence. Echoing the stories of other uprisings, the film questions the places of citizenship and the emancipating power of revolt. "
