Florent Frasson Quenoz

I specialize in international security issues in the Global South (Pôle Thématique 3, Politique des Sud). At the moment, I've sent a proposal for an article to the Annuaire Français des Relations Internationales, and I'm awaiting a reply; the theme is: Artificial intelligence and fragmentation of the international security architecture: between contestation of the liberal order and recomposition of governance regimes, with a particular focus on the influence of "intermediary" states (Colombia) and the Organization of American States (OAS). I also worked on environmental issues, but as a consultant for the European Union, Spanish cooperation and an NGO between 2022 and 2023.
