Florent Frasson Quenoz

I specialize in international security issues in the Global South (Thematic Cluster 3, Politics of the South). I have recently submitted a proposal for an article to the *Annuaire Français des Relations Internationales* and am awaiting a response; The topic: Artificial Intelligence and the Fragmentation of the International Security Architecture: Between the Challenge to the Liberal Order and the Reconfiguration of Governance Regimes, with a particular focus on the influence of “middle-power” states (Colombia) and the Organization of American States (OAS). I have also worked on environmental issues, serving as a consultant for the European Union, the Spanish Cooperation Agency, and an NGO between 2022 and 2023.
