Florent Frasson Quenoz

I am a specialist in international security issues in the Global South (Thematic Area 3, Politics of the South). I have recently submitted an article proposal to the Annuaire Français des Relations Internationales (French Yearbook of International Relations) and am awaiting a response. The topic is: Artificial intelligence and the fragmentation of the international security architecture: between challenging the liberal order and reshaping governance regimes, with a particular focus on the influence of "intermediate" states (Colombia) and the Organization of American States (OAS). I have also worked on environmental issues as a consultant for the European Union, Spanish cooperation, and an NGO between 2022 and 2023.
