Florent Frasson Quenoz

I specialize in international security issues in the Global South (Pôle Thématique 3, Politique des Sud). At the moment, I've sent an article proposal for the Annuaire Français des Relations Internationales, to which I'm awaiting a reply; the theme is: Artificial intelligence and the fragmentation of the international security architecture: between contestation of the liberal order and the recomposition of governance regimes, with a particular focus on the influence of "intermediary" states (Colombia) and the Organization of American States (OAS). I also worked on environmental issues, but as a consultant for the European Union, Spanish cooperation and an NGO between 2022 and 2023.
