Thesis proposal

Title: Water Conservation Policies: The Impact of Public Policy on Individual Consumption Behaviors. A Comparative Study (Main Study Areas: Catalonia and Occitanie; Control Areas: California and Bremen)

Subject: The purpose of this study is to assess the causal link between public water conservation policies and changes in individual consumption patterns. The analysis focuses on the following policy instruments: financial incentives, information and education, and monitoring, enforcement, and penalties.
