The Perpignan Social Laboratory project is the 2021 winner in the “Populism and Democracy” category of the Emerging Research call for proposals.

An analysis of the National Rally’s victory in the 2020 municipal elections in Perpignan as an encounter in the electoral marketplace between a revitalized populist platform and a populist demand shaped by the changes the region has undergone since the 1959 municipal election.
