Having a Voice : Peripheries and participation at the heart of cultural policies | 16-19 Nov 2022 | Lisboa + Moita. Co-organisée par Be SpectACTive and Stronger Peripheries: A Southern Coalition, deux réseaux européens dont le CEPEL est partenaire. 3 days of speeches, round tables and workshops , to learn and discuss with Décoloniser Les Arts, La saison artistique de Melando, Festival-sur Le-Niger, Largo Residências, Marcia Tiburi, among many other cultural actors, artists and researchers, about « peripherical conditions », participation, democracy, North/South relations, (gender, racial, class, territorial…) inequalities in cultural projects and policies – And how we could transform them.
